Meet the founder
Many men enter the second half of life believing decline is inevitable. Kevin Galvin never accepted that. His life has been built through discipline, consistency, and a deep respect for responsibility. Those principles have shaped how he lives his life and shows up for others.
Before any title, such as husband, father, grandfather, or provider, Kevin believes a man’s strength is something he earns daily. He understands that health is not about vanity or quick fixes, but about longevity and the ability to carry life’s demands with presence and purpose.
As he entered the second half of his life, Kevin saw firsthand how many men quietly accept decline as inevitable. Lower energy, fading confidence, and diminished performance often go unaddressed because men are rarely offered real support or honest solutions.
Valor Vitality was created to change that.
Kevin founded it for men who know there is still more life to live. His approach is rooted in accountability, science-backed care, and respect for the whole man. Now in his 60s, Kevin continues to build, train, and move forward. He is living proof that momentum does not have to slow with age, and that when men are properly supported, their second half can be better than their first.
